马铃薯PLRV的RT-LAMP检测方法的构建

摘    要:为了建立高效、便捷且成本较低的检测方法以应用于马铃薯卷叶病毒(Potato leaf roll virus,PLRV)检疫防控工作,本研究构建了PLRV的逆转录环介导恒温扩增反应(Reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification,RT-LAMP)检测方法。结果表明:本研究构建的马铃薯PLRV的RT-LAMP检测方法,最低检测下限为10 copies/mL,与PVX、PVM、PVV、PVS、CMV等其他马铃薯病毒无交叉反应,具有良好的特异性,为马铃薯病毒检测技术应用奠定一定基础。

Abstract:In order to develop high-effective,convenient and low cost method for the detection of potato leaf roll virus(PLRV) for inspection and control of this disease,a PLRV reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification(RT-LAMP) assay was carried out for detecting PLRV.The results showed that RT-LAMP method was effective,and the lowest detection limit was 10 copies / mL.No cross-reactivity was observed with other viruses(PVX,PVM,PVV,PVS,and CMV).Therefore,it had good specificity and laid a good found...
