| 摘 要： | 鸡传染性支气管炎病毒（IBV）目前已知至少有27个血清型，IBV基因组中的S1基因长度约为1.73Kb，S1基因变异性大，它与IBV的血清型有重要关系。通过对分离出的IBV进行血清型鉴定和致病机理的研究，制定正确的免疫程序和合理选用疫苗或利用自家组织灭活油乳苗对鸡进行预防接种，可有效地免疫预防鸡传染性支气管炎（IB）。

| Abstract: | Now people have known twenty seven kinds of serum, the length of S1 gen is IBV gnome is 1. 73Kb. The variability of S1 gen is very clear. It connects with the serum of IBV. By appraising IBV and studying pathogenic mechanisation, people can work out the immunologic procedure and clwose vaccinum. |
