| 摘 要： | 研究不同柱花草(Stylosanthes spp.)种子在不同温度胁迫环境下的萌发特征。结果表明，随着温度上升，柱花草的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数呈现先上升后下降的趋势。确定柱花草萌芽的最适昼夜温度为30℃/20℃, 光照周期8 h /16 h。在同一温度下，发芽率的大小依次为热研18号＞热研20号＞热研2号＞热研5号柱花草。
