摘    要:采用不同浓度MS培养基与吲哚丁酸(IBA)的组合对糯米香茶进行水培,通过测定糯米香茶的生根能力,探讨MS培养基与IBA对水培苗的影响。结果表明:低浓度的MS培养基和IBA组合A1B1(1/4 MS和0.1 mg/L IBA)对糯米香茶水培苗生根数、根长、根鲜重和生根率的促进作用明显优于对照,有利于糯米香茶的水培生根,而高浓度的MS培养基和IBA组合则对糯米香茶的水培生根具有抑制作用。本研究为缩短水培糯米香茶的育苗周期、提高糯米香茶无性系生根能力提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to discuss the effects of MS nutrient solution and IBA on rooting of hydroponic Strobilanthes tonkinensis Lindau,, an experiment was conducted using Strobilanthes tonkinensis Lindau with combination of different doses of MS nutrient solution and different concentrations of IBA to determine the most appropriate combination for rooting of hydroponic Strobilanthes tonkinensis Lindau. The results showed that the combination of low concentrations of MS nutrient solution and IBA (1/4 MS and 0.1 mg/l IBA) which was beneficial to rooting of S. tonkinensis Lindau, had better effect on the number of roots, root lengths, fresh weights and rooting rates of hydroponic plants of S. tonkinensis than those of the other treatments. However, the combination which had high doses of MS nutrient solution and high concentrations of IBA could inhibit the S. tonkinensis Lindau rooting in the hydroponics. This study provides the scientific basis for shortening the production periods of S. tonkinensis Lindau and increasing its rooting rate.
