摘    要:有关稻白叶枯病的抗性遗传研究,自1967年日本的西村首次报道了第一个抗白叶枯病基因以来,迄今在水稻上总共发现并命名了12个位点上的15个抗白叶枯病基因。其中,4个显性基因 Xa-1、Xa-2、Xa-3;Xa-kg 包括两个复等位基因 Xa-1~h、Xa-kg~h 是由日本用日本的菌系鉴定和命名的~((37)),另5个显性抗病基因 Xa-4、Xa-6、Xa-7、Xa-10、

Abstract:Studies were conducted on the mode of inheritance and allelic relationship of the genes for the resistance to X.campestris pv.oryzaestrain Jiang-Ling 691(IR8)cultivated in Jiang-Ling,Hubei,in ricecultivars Lei-yang-duo-mao,GE456,BG90-2)Bhonia Bhoduel andSadunoni.The studies on F_1, F_2, F_3 and reciprocal backcross populations bycrossing between resistant parents and the susceptible cultivar Najing 11revealed that resistance in these cultivars was under monogenic control.The resistance of GE456,BG90-2,and Lei-yang-duo-,mao are completely dominant,but Bhonia Bhoduel and Sadunoni expressed recessive.Evidence from allelic tests indicated that the dominant gene ofGE456,BG90-2 was allelic to Xa-4,and the recessive gene of BhoniaBhoduel and Sadunoni was allelic to xa-5,and the dominant gene ofLei-yang-duo-mao was non-allelic to Xa-3,Xa-4, xa-4~b and xa-5,and provided resistance in the adult stage.However,the dominant genemight be considered as a new gene.
