摘    要:以燕麦品种陇燕二号种子为供体,用80%乙醇,丙酮和自来水3种溶剂浸提燕麦种子化感物质,通过生物测定法分析不同浓度的浸提液对高羊茅、多年生黑麦草、白三叶3种草种萌发的化感作用。结果表明:燕麦化感物质易溶于80%乙醇,3种草种对浸提液的化感作用敏感性顺序依次为高羊茅〉多年生黑麦草〉白三叶。80%乙醇浸提液对多年生黑麦草化感作用表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制的作用。当浓度为1.250g/L时,多年生黑麦草发芽率(GR)最大,为94.17%。

Abstract:Avena sativa was used to extract the allelochemicals with 80% ethanol,acetone and water respectively and test the impacts of extracted allelochemicals on the seed germination of Festuca arundinacea,Lolium perenne and Trifolium repens.Results showed that the allelochemicals could be easily extracted with 80% ethanol.The order of sensitivity of 3 turf plants to the allelochemicals was Festuca arundinacea〉Lolium perenne〉Trifolium repens.The seed germination rate of Lolium perenne could be improved by 80% ethanol extracted allelochemicals at low concentration but inhibited at high concentration.And the seed germination rate reached the highest value(94.17%) while the allelochemicals concentration was 1.250g/L.
