摘    要:测定并分析了夏河县桑科高寒草地围栏外及围栏内土壤微生物量及土壤微生物数量。结果表明:除0-10cm土层外,SMBC、SMBN的含量以及3类微生物的数量均为围栏内草地高于围栏外草地,其中,土壤3类微生物数量均为细菌最高,放线菌次之,真菌最低。围栏内草地,SMBC,SMBN和SMBP的含量以及3类微生物的数量均为0-10cm土层显著高于其他土层。相关性研究表明,围栏内草地SMBC,SMBN和SMBP与真菌、细菌及放线菌数量之间呈极显著正相关关系。

Abstract:Soil microbial biomass and soil microbial quantities of alpine grassland under inside or outside the fence in Xiahe,Gansu were studied.The results showed that the soil microbial biomass,carbon and nitrogen were much higher inside the fence except of 0-10cm soil layer.Among the microorganisms,the number of bacteria was the highest,followed by actinomycetes,and fungi was the lowest.Meanwhile,the soil microbial biomass and soil microbial quantities within 0 to 10 cm soil layer were higher than the other soil layers inside the fence.There was a significant positive correlation between soil microbial biomass and soil microbial quantities.
