摘 要: | [目的]研究全氟辛烷磺酰基化合物(PFOS)对无齿蚌鳃保护酶系的影响。[方法]以清洁水体中的无齿蚌为对照,检测经不同浓度PFOS处理后的无齿蚌鳃超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性在3周内的变化。[结果]3周内,SOD、CAT活性明显高于对照,且与处理时间正相关,POD活性变化则比较复杂。[结论]无齿蚌鳃SOD和CAT活性可作为PFOS污染指示的敏感指标。

Abstract: | [Objective] The aim was to study the effect of perfloorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)on the protective enzyme activities in the gill of Anodonta woodiana.[Method] The activities of superoxide dismatase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)in the gill of A.woodianas were detected after PFOS exposure in 3 weeks.[Result] The activities of SOD and CAT were significantly higher compared with the control in time-dependent.The change of POD activity is more complicated.[Conclusion] The activity of SOD and CAT in the gill of A.woodianas can be used as a sensitive indicator of PFOS's pollution. |
