| 摘 要： | 本文在分析当前机械制造领域中的民营中小型企业面临人才严重流失的困境下,通过调查某典型企业应用机械制造自动化前后人才流失数据,进行分析研究表明,企业应用机械制造自动化使得企业培养定向专门人才成为可能,能有效的地抑制人才流失,降低了培训员工的培训成本。
