| 摘 要： | 树立和落实科学发展观,必须统一思想,澄清模糊认识:科学发展观之发展首先是经济的发展,必须历史辨证地看待发展速度问题;科学发展观之科学发展不是对以往成绩的否定,它回答的是中国特色社会主义的自我完善与发展的问题。
