土壤中结合残留态甲磺隆的微生物降解研究

摘    要:主要进行了优选菌株青霉 (Penicilliumsp .)对土壤中结合残留态甲磺隆的降解研究 ,结果表明 ,优选菌株的引入对土壤中可提态甲磺隆的影响不大 ,但对结合残留态甲磺隆的降解和矿化有较大影响。在结合残留态甲磺隆中 ,优选菌株青霉的引入有利于松结态甲磺隆尤其是松结态富里酸甲磺隆的降解。

Abstract:Microbial degradation of met su lfuron methyl by selective penicillium sp. was studied. The results were sh own as follows: During the degradation of various forms of 14 C metsulfuron methyl in soil, the effect of penicillium sp. was not obvious t o degradation of extractable metsulfuron methyl, but the effect was very clear to degradation and mineralization of bound residues of metsulfuron methyl and m ineralized metsulfuron methyl. On bound residues of metsulfuron methyl, peni cillium sp. selected made the decrease concentration of loose combined metsulf uron methyl especially to the fulvic acid in it. But organic manure might incre ase the concentration of loose combined metsulfuron methyl in some degree.
