猪附红细胞体病的病原形态学研究

摘    要:用光学显微镜对血液涂片,姬姆萨染液染色涂片中的典型病原进行了观察,并通过扫描电子显微镜研究了病原的超微结构。结果表明:在光学显微镜下观察发现,红细胞严重变形,血液涂片中可见大小不一,大部分为黄褐色闪闪发光的圆形小体;染色血片可见附红体在红细胞表面及边缘呈各种形式排列,也可见到强折光性发亮的圆形小体;扫描电子显微镜下观察发现,附红体寄生的红细胞凹陷区,有大、小球体,且有的小球体与大球体相连。

Abstract:To learn pathology of eperythrozoonsis more clearly,the blood samples from swine with a severe anemic episode were collected by means of venipuncture.The blood smears were made immediately after blood collection.Some of them were examined directly by means of light microscopy and the others were stained with Giemsa and then were examined under light microscope.Blood samples were processed for scanning electron microscope.Light microscope revealed that the morphology of the Eperythrozoon parasites was predominantly rod-like and presented in pairs or clusters.Giemsa-stained peripheral blood smear revealed numerous organisms attached to red blood cells either singularly or in chains.Ring forms of the organism were common.Scanning electron microscope showed that the peripheral blood from swine had profound deformation in knob-like protruding structures.Eperythrozoon parasites appeared associated with the membrane,grouped in shallow the severe invaginations at the surface of the erythrocytes.The features of Eperythrozoon from swine under the light and scanning electron microscope were similar to those reported.
