| 摘 要： | 分别用脱脂棉、琼脂和河沙为支持物，以MS＋NAA1．00mg／L＋6-BA0．50mg／L为培养基，对月季茎段愈伤组织诱导进行了试验。结果表明，支持物为脱脂棉的培养基对月季茎段愈伤组织诱导有较好的效果，但污染稍大。

| Abstract: | A callus induction test of Rosa chinensis Jacq was carried out by using absorbent cotton,agar and sand as sustentaculum,MS NAA 1.00 mg/L 6-BA 0.50 mg/L as culture medium.The results showed that the induction effect of the rose stems cultured in absorbent cotton was obvious,while the contamination rate was relatively high. |
