人参总皂苷提取分离工艺的优选

摘    要:为研究D-101型大孔吸附树脂富集纯化人参总皂苷的工艺条件,以人参总皂苷得率为考察指标。确定了D-101型大孔吸附树脂富集纯化人参总皂苷的性能和洗脱参数。结果表明;以50%乙醇为洗脱剂效果最佳。人参总皂苷洗脱率在85%以上。纯度约为60%。此工艺简便,无污染,成本低,利于推广。

Abstract:To study the technological parameters of purification and enrichment process of gingenosides with D - 101 macroreticular resin, adsorptive characteristics and elutive parameters of enrichment and purified ratio of ginsenosides as markers were decided. Ginsenosides were purified with a column of macroreticular resin. The results show that elution with 50% of alcohol was best. With macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify, the eluting ratio of gindenosides was above 85% , and purity reached 60% . This process of applying macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify gindenosides is feasible.
