| 摘 要： | 用亚急性毒性试验方法,按不同剂量分别给大鼠及犬口服引流熊胆汁,于连续投药30d及停药后60d分别测定心电、心率、血压及大鼠颈部迷走神经干放电活动。结果表明,口服引流熊胆汁对动物心脏及迷走神经活动均无显著毒性作用,亦无蓄积毒作用。

| Abstract: | The rat and dog were used as animal models and a subacutetoxication test was applied to determine the toxicity of drained bear bile.They were given orally and successively the bile for 30 days. At theterminal of administration and 60 days afterwards the electrocardiogram,heart rate and arterial blood pressure of experimental rats and dogs andelectrical activity of cervical vagus of rats were examined. The resultsdemonstrated that no obvious ill-effects and accumulative toxicitieswere observed. |
