通过检测非结构蛋白抗体评价口蹄疫疫苗纯度的研究

摘    要:为探索通过检测非结构蛋白(NSPs)抗体的方法评价口蹄疫疫苗纯度的可行性,用不同纯化工艺制备口蹄疫O型、亚洲1型、A型三价灭活疫苗,重复免疫牛至少3次后,定期检测NSPs的ELISA抗体并统计分析抗体情况。结果显示,高度纯化疫苗组的NSPs抗体阴性率远高于普通纯化疫苗组,表明通过检测NSPs抗体评价口蹄疫疫苗纯度可以作为质量控制的一种方法。

This study on the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Vaccine Purity by Testing for Antibody against Nonstructural Proteins

Abstract:To examine the feasibility of evaluating the purity of the foot-and-mouth disease vaccine by testing the nonstructural proteins ELISA antibodies, in this study, the type O, type Asia 1, type A inactivated foot-and-mouth disease vaccines that were purified and processed differently immunized the cattle repeatedly at least three times, hereafter, the nonstructural proteins ELISA antibodies was monitored regularly and statistics and analysis on the results of the NSPs ELISA antibodies were collected. It has shown that the negative rate of the nonstructural proteins ELISA antibodies of the highly purified vaccine group is significantly higher than the one of averagely purified vaccine group. It is suggested that estimating the purity of the foot-and-mouth disease vaccine by the means of the NSPs ELISA antibodies detected can be a method to control the qualities.
