厚朴散与香薷散TLC鉴别中展开系统的改进研究

摘    要:为了研究厚朴散和香薷散现行质量标准中含苯展开剂的替代方法,分别以三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯(10∶1)和环己烷-乙酸乙酯-异丙醇-甲醇-水-三乙胺(3∶3.5∶1∶1.5∶0.5∶1)为展开剂,开展对厚朴散中厚朴和香薷散中黄连的薄层色谱鉴别试验。结果表明,经改进后的薄层色谱方法斑点清晰,分离效果良好,专属性强,可避免毒性试剂苯对检验人员及环境的危害。

Study on Improvement of TLC Development System in Powders of Houposan and Xiangrusan

Abstract:In order to investigate the method to substitute development system including benzene for thin layer chromatography in current standards of Houposan and Xiangrusan, experiments of thin layer chromatography for officinal magnolia bark in Houposan and golden thread in Xiangrusan were conducted with mixtures of chloroform - ethyl acetate (10:1) and cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - isopropyl alcohol - methanol - water - triethylamine (3:3.5:1:1.5:0.5:1) as development systems, respectively. The results showed that the improved TLC method is not only feasible with clear spots, effective separation and good specificity, but also protecting of exposed persons and environment from harm of benzene.
