夏枯草注射液对大鼠的长期毒性研究

为了解长期使用夏枯草注射液对机体的毒性反应,通过给大鼠肌内注射夏枯草注射液,在给药4周和停药2周内,观察大鼠一般行为活动等情况,进行血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,考察夏枯草注射液的长期毒性。结果显示,各组大鼠在给药期间和恢复期内,大鼠一般情况行为活动和粪便等均无异常变化,血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,均无明显变化。因此,连续大鼠肌内注射夏枯草注射液未见明显毒性反应,说明夏枯草注射液具有较高的临床用药安全性。
