咖啡营养特性及营养诊断研究进展

摘    要:饮料作物咖啡(Coffea)为茜草科咖啡属的多年生灌木或者小乔木,在我国主要种植于云南与海南两省。本文概述了咖啡的主要营养特性及咖啡营养诊断方面的研究概况,并指出咖啡营养诊断的研究方向。

Abstract:The beverage plant of coffea belonging to Coffea Linn of Rubiaceae, is a shrub or small arbor, it is cultivated in Yunnan province and Hainan province. This article provided a brief introduction to the major components of coffee from caffeine, tannin, fat, protein, sugar and coffee bitter acid, and so on. Plant nutrition diagnosis is an integrated technology for evaluating.forecast of fertilizer efficiency and conducting fertilizer. With the development of analytical instruments, the contents, technologies, methods and applications of nutri- tion diagnosis have developed. This article made a comprehensive view about development of nutrition diagnosis progress in coffee research, and point out the direction of nutrition diagnosis of coffee in our country in the future.
