摘    要:马铃薯不同种、品种及倍性间杂种浆果早期脱落,使杂交籽粒无法成活。将这些授粉后不久脱落的子房采集下来进行离体培养,或将胚取下直接培养。基本培养基为MS,制成液体和固体两种培养基,不加或附加不同种类及水平的激素。胚直接培养是一较好方法,幼胚与子房一同接种只有子房膨大,而幼胚却不再发育。固体培养基效果优于液体培养基。对胚在人工培养前的发育时期进行了解剖研究,证明心形胚是形成完整植株的最早时期。

Abstract:The hybrid fruits of interspecific, interploid and different varieties dropped off at early development stage. The hybrid embryos were excised from the fruits and cultured in medium MS differed in IAA and GA_3, ovule culture was tried also. The media were tested in either solidified with agar or liquid forms. The result showed that embryo culture was better than ovule culture and solid medium was superior to liquid one. The earliest stage for a successful embryo rescue was found in the heart stage of development.
