食品中粗脂肪测定方法的改进研究

摘    要:为快速准确地测定食品中粗脂肪的含量,就食品中粗脂肪测定标准方法进行改进试验。结果表明:改进法与标准法测定结果相比,差异显著,且能进行大批量样品粗脂肪提取物的测定,提高了分析速度。

Abstract:In order to analyze crude fat in food quickly and accurately,the improved method of determination of crude fat in foods were studied.The results showed that there were no obvious differences between the two methods,but the improved method was suit to determine large amount samples quickly.
