钙胁迫下花生荚果微区特征及植株生理生化反应变化

摘    要:通过盆栽试验研究钙胁迫对花生荚果中果皮层微区结构及植株生理生化的影响。结果表明,缺钙的花生荚果中果皮层薄壁细胞组织钙缺失,“填充物”少且不牢固;相关的植株酶等分析表明,缺钙的植株光合产物转化率低、运转不畅,荚果处于相对“饥饿”状态而导致空秕。

Abstract:This paper investigated microcosmic structure of peanut's mesocarp and physiological and biochemical reaction under Ca stress through pot experiment.The results showed that the Ca content in mesocarp parenchyma cells of calcium deficient peanuts was absent,filling matter was little and breakable.The correlactive analysis of plant enzyme indicated that empty pods of calcium deficient plant were because of the low conversion efficiency and the restricted translocation of photosynthotic products.
