电加热柴油机再生排气微粒过滤器的研制与试验

摘    要:研制了一种有电加热再生装置的柴油机排气微粒过滤器,并对其特性进行了试验研究。结果表明,系统所采用的分区电加热再生技术可靠有效,过滤体的再生效率在70%左右,根据排气背压的变化控制再生装置的工作,再生装置起到了预期的效果。

Abstract:A exhaust particulate filter with electrical heat regeneration system for diesel engines is presented in this paper and its characteristic is studied. The experimental results show that the sub-area regenerative technique heated by electricity is reliable and effective, and the regeneration efficiency of filter can reach 70% or so. The operation of regeneration system is controlled according to the back pressure.
