摘    要:[目的]研究明日叶总黄酮超声提取的最佳工艺条件.[方法]以总黄酮的提取率为指标,采用单因素和正交试验优选超声波提取法对明日叶总黄酮的提取工艺条件.[结果]明日叶总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度30%(v/v)、料液比1∶15、提取时间40 min、提取温度50℃、提取次数4次.[结论]可在较低温度下用超声提取明日叶总黄酮.

Optimization Extraction Technology of Flavonoids from Angelica Keiskei Koidzumi by Ultrasonic Extraction

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids from Angelica Keiskei Koidzumi by ultrasonic extraction.[Method]To flavonoids extraction rate was indicators,using experiment of single factor and orthogonal method to optimize the extraction process of flavonoids from Angelica Keiskei Koidzumi by ultrasonic extraction.[Result] The optimum conditions of flavonoids ultrasonic extraction were:30% (v/v)ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio1∶15,extraction time 40 min,extraction temperature 50 ℃ and extraction times 4 times.[Conclusion] It was possible to extract flavonoids from Angelica Keiskei Koidzumi at lower temperature by ultrasonic extraction.
