摘 要: | [目的]利用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术结合主成分(PCA)和偏最小二乘法判别分析(PLS-DA),研究了红地球和皇家秋天葡萄苗叶片的红外光谱图.[方法]测试了2种葡萄苗60个样品的红外光谱,选取1 800 ~750 cm-1范围内原始光谱数据做二阶导数处理,显示在该区间存在明显的差异,利用该区间的二阶导数光谱数据进行主成分和偏最小二乘法判别分析.[结果] PCA和PLS-DA都能很好地区分2个品种的葡萄苗,其中主成分的正确率为100%,偏最小二乘法在隐含潜变量为9时正确率最高,此时2个葡萄品种的偏最小二乘法判别分析的正确率均达100%.[结论]小波变换结合PCA和PLS-DA用于傅里叶变化红外光谱技术能够准确地识别红地球和皇家秋天,为区分不同品种的葡萄苗提供快速、有效的方法.

Abstract: | [Objective] Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy combined with principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) was used to study Red Globe and Autumn Royal grapes seedlings.[Method] FTIR spectra of 60 samples of 2 species of grapes were obtained,and significant differences were observed in second derivative FTIR spectra in the range of 1 800-750 cm-1.PCA and PLS-DA were performed on the second derivative infrared spectra in this range.[Result] The PCA and PLS-DA could be used to distinguish two kinds of grapes.PCA provided about 100% of classification accuracy,and classification accuracy of PLS-DA yield was 100% for Red Globe and Autumn Royal.[Conclusion] FTIR spectroscopy combined with PCA and PLS-DA could be used to discriminate Red Globe and Autumn Royal,and supply a fast and accuracy method to discriminate different grapevine cultivars seedlings. |
