摘    要:采用田间小区试验研究了有机无机复混肥对小白菜C、N代谢关键酶活性及其产量与品质的影响。结果表明,施用有机无机复混肥能增强小白菜叶片中的蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶和硝酸还原酶活性,提高小白菜可食部分维生素C、可溶性糖、蛋白氮、天冬氨酸、丙氨酸、异亮氨酸和叶片中叶绿素的含量,增加小白菜产量,减少小白菜可食部分硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的含量。

Abstract:Effects of organic-inorganic complex fertilizers on several enzymes,yield and quality of Pak-choi were studied by field experiment.The result showed that the organic-inorganic complex fertilizers could enhance the activities of sucrose-phosphate synthetase(SPS) and sucrose synthetase(SS) and NR in leaves,increase the yield of Pak-choi,promote the content of vitamin C,soluble sugar,protein,aspartic acid,alanine and isoleucine in the eatable part of Pak-choi and decrease the content of nitrate and inferior nitrate in the eatable part of Pakchoi.
