| 摘 要： | 作为我国第4大主粮作物,马铃薯生产对保障国家粮食安全具有重要的战略意义。我国是马铃薯种植大国,却不是马铃薯产业强国,与世界发达国家相比,在品种、加工、产品、装备等方面还存在差距和不足。介绍了我国马铃薯加工业整体情况、目前存在的问题和短板,并从科技创新、产业发展等方面提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | As the fourth largest staple food crop in China, potato has important strategic significance to ensure national food security. China is a big potato planting country, but not a strong potato industry country. Compared with the developed countries in the world, there are still gaps and deficiencies in varieties, processing, products and equipment. The overall situation, existing problems and shortcomings of China"s potato processing industry were introduced, and specific suggestions were put forward from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation and industrial development. |
