丁香开花授粉生物学特性研究

摘    要:华北紫丁香及其变种白丁香的开花生物学特性和授粉试验表明:白丁香的单花序花期为5~7d,全树花期为7~11d,紫丁香比白丁香花期晚1~2d.丁香花的花粉室温下放置24h发芽率为0,自然结实率、自花授粉及异花授粉结实率都较高,相互之间差异不显著.

Abstract:The observation on the flowering biological characteristics and the pollination test about early lilac (Syringa oblata)and its variety (Syringa oblata var. affinis, white flowered early lilac) were carried out on the compus of Shanxi Agri. Univ.in 1995~1997. The results are described as follows: the flowering period of single inflorescence was 5~7 days and that of the whole tree was 7~11 days in the white variety.It was 1~2 days later for the early lilac species than its variety. The germination percentage of the fresh pollens of Syringa oblata was 2 7%~5.6% and that of fresh pollens of S. oblata var. affinis was 5.5%~15.0%. But both germination percentages were nearly 0% after 24hr storage under the room temperature.Fruit setting percentage of natural pollination was both quite high in S.oblata and its variety affinis,being 53.2% and 51.7% respectively. Although lilacs being naturally cross pollinated plants, the percentages of artificial self pollination were high, i.e.63.5% for S. oblata and 67.2% for S. oblata var. affinis. Furthermore, the percentages of artificial cross pollination were also high, i.e.79.8% for S. oblata(♀) var. affinis(♂),67.6% for var. affinis ×var. affinis, 65 8% for S. oblata×S.oblata, and 60.8% for var. affinis ×S. oblata respectively.
