我校德育工作的实践与思考

高校全部工作的出发点和根本点就在于培养“四有”建设者和接班人,而只有始终坚持德育的首要地位,才能从根本上保证上述目标的实施。本文对我校德育工作的实践从4个方面作了简要阐述:①德育网络和队伍;②德育内容和形式;③德育环境;④德育工作的几个关键环节。并针对我校如何进一步改进和加强德育工作,提出3点思考:①关于班主任队伍建设;②进一步优化育人环境;③进一步加强养成教育。

PRACTICE OF THE MORAL EDUCATION WORK AND THOUGHTS ABOUT IT

The starting point of the total works in colleges is to foster qualified socialist constructors, while upholding the first importance of moral education is the guarantee to fulfil the abovementioned aim. The article makes a brief introduction on the practice of moral education work in our college. It includes: (1)moral education network and contingents; (2) content and form of moral education (3) moral circumstances (4)several key links of moral education. Also here three questions on how to improve and strengthen moral education work are discussed in the article: (1)construction of teacher groups who are in charge of classes; (2)further improvement of education environment; (3) further strengthen the education of students' self-cultivation.
