摘    要:水淹胁迫指植物处于周期或长期厌氧或缺氧环境下,其有氧呼吸和维持生命活动所需能量产生受到限制,是植物常遭受的非生物胁迫之一。为适应水淹胁迫环境,植物体一方面感知能量、胞质pH、内源激素等变化而形成一系列形态、生理适应性特征;另一方面,通过体内产生的乙烯响应因子(ethylene response factors,ERFs)感应低氧信号并启动低氧相关基因的表达以调节抵抗能力。本文就近年来对植物体响应水淹胁迫的适应性特征及感应信号通路的研究进展进行简要阐述,旨在为研究桑树耐涝机制提供借鉴。

Abstract:Waterlogging stress is one of the abiotic stresses frequently occurring to plants.Under such condition,plants are in the state of cyclic or long-term hypoxia or anoxia which limits aerobic respiration and energy supply to maintain living activities.In order to adapt to waterlogging stress,plants form a series of adaptive features in morphology and physiology to sense changes of energy supply,cytoplasmic pH and endogenous hormones etc.Besides,the plants sense hypoxic signal through ethylene response factors(ERFs) and initiate expressions of hypoxia-response genes and thus to regulate resistance to waterlogging.This paper summarized recent research advances in adaptive features and signaling pathway of the plants under waterlogging stress so as to provide references for studying mulberry resistance against waterlogging.
