摘    要:针对智能播种机市场需求和高质量播种作业发展要求,为适应农业机械智能化发展趋势,创新设计了一种智能单粒排种装置,分析研究了排种盘电驱动技术、漏播监测及其调控技术和重播监测及其调控技术,并利用CAXA软件对排种装置整体和关键工作部件进行了绘制,通过性能检测实验验证该装置的设计是可行的,该装置对提高播种效率、提升播种质量和加快播种作业智能化程度等具有重要现实意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the market demand of intelligent seeder and the development requirements of high-quality seeding operation, in order to adapt to the intelligent development trend of agricultural machinery, an intelligent single seed discharge device was innovated and designed. The electric drive technology of seed discharge panel, the monitoring and control technology of missing seeding and the monitoring and control technology of replay were analyzed and studied. The whole and key working parts of the seed discharge device were drawn by CAXA software. The design of the device is proved to be feasible by the performance test. The device has important practical significance to improve the sowing efficiency, improve seeding quality and accelerate the intelligent degree of seeding operation.
