深化农村集体产权制度改革助力乡村振兴——以河南省郑州市巩义市为例

巩义市通过以集体经济组织为主体、以集体经济发展为主线、以服务人民群众为根本，不断深化农村集体产权制度改革，全市村级集体经济发展活力持续增强。但深化农村集体产权制度改革中也暴露出一些其他地方存在的共性问题。建议从完善改革配套政策措施、建立农村产权交易体系、加强农经管理队伍建设、做好乡村振兴有效衔接等方面进一步深化改革，助力乡村振兴。

Deepening the Reform of Rural Collective Property Rights System to Boost Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Gongyi City in Zhengzhou, Henan Province

Gongyi City in Henan Province has continuously deepened the reform of rural collective property rights system by taking the collective economic organization as the principal part, the development of collective economy as the main line and servicing the people as the foundation. The vitality of village-level collective economy has been continuously strengthened. From the development of Gongyi City, some common problems in the process of deepening reform in the whole country have been exposed. To further deepen the reform of rural collective property rights system to boost rural revitalization,it is suggested to improve the supporting policies and measures of reform, establish the rural property rights trading system, strengthen the construction of the management team of agricultural economy and effectively link up rural revitalization.
