精氨酸衍生物对微循环的作用

摘    要:研究了精氨酸双糖甙与精氨酸单甙对兔微循环的作用,应用无麻醉条件下经动脉给予AFG、AF,然后测定AFG、AF对兔血压及其耳廓细动脉血流速度的影响。经口给予AFG、h、2h血液中未检出AF给予量AFG1mg/kg,动脉血压下降为2.67kPa,持续1min。血流速度,AFG为1mg/kg时,从0.6mm/s增加到1.2mm/s;2mg/kg时,从0.7mm/s增加到1.4mm/s。AF为1mg/kg

Effect of Arginine Derivatives on Microcirculation
Abstract:To study effect of argininyl fructosyl glucose(AFG) and argininyl fructose(AF) on microcirculation of rabbit. Under no aneasthesia, AFG or AF was injected into femoral artery, the blood flow was observed with newly formed arteriole in rabbit's ear chamber. After AFG or AF was taken orally, AFG was not detected in blood plasma at 1 h and 2 h.The concentrations of AF were 1.6 mg/100mL and 3 mg/100mL in blood plasma,respectively at 1 h and 2 h.When AFG(1mg/kg) was injected into femoral artery, blood pressure dropped 2.67 kPa,kept up for one minute. AFG(1 mg/kg) elevated blood flow velocity from 0.6 mm/s to 1.2 mm/s. AFG( 2 mg/kg ): from 0.7 mm/s to 1.4 mm/s.AF(1 mg/kg): from 0.7 mm/s to 1.9 mm/s. So,under no aneasthesia, AFG or AF decreased blood pressure and improved microcirculation.
