| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法对东北产梅花鹿角，马鹿角，驼夜以继日角，和狍角进行了鉴定。结果表明，４种角的同种溶剂提取的紫外导数光谱中驼鹿角的７０％乙醇提取物和狍角的乙醚提取物在２８０－２９０ｎｍ间有特别显著的最大吸收峰，具有鉴定意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper, ossificational antlers of Cervus nippon, C.elaphus, Alce alce and Capreolus capreolus in the northeasten China are appraised with ultraviolet spectroscopy. The results showed that ultraviolet spectra of 4 kinds of crude extract with water and acetine are same, but crude extract with 70% alcohol of Alace alace and with ether of Capreolus capreolus have different special Ultraviolet spectra. |
