| Abstract: | Sheep erythrocytes do not aggregate spontaneously but will sediment when mixed with a solution of hydroxyethylcellulose. The resulting leucocyte-rich supernatant can be used in the preparation of purified lymphocyte and granulocyte suspensions. |
