南华县占用征用林地管理中存在的问题及对策

云南省森林资源总站对南华县占用征用林地情况进行了检查。文章就占用征用林地的数量、类别、类型;审核(批)情况;森林植被恢复情况;林木采伐许可证办理情况等方面进行了论证,分析了存在着法制观念淡薄、可行性研究粗放、管理执法不严、植被恢复费缴纳较差等问题。提出了今后对策。

Problems in the Management of Occupied forestland of Nanhua County and Countermeasures

General Administration of Yunnan Forest Resources has conducted the check on the occupied forestland situation of Nanhua County.And several aspects including the quantity,sort,type and verification of occupied forestland,submission of forest vegetation regeneration expense and transaction of timber cutting license have been demonstrated.Some problems such as poor legal awareness,extensive feasibility study,loose management and law enforcement,insufficient submission of vegetation regeneration expenses have been analyzed and related countermeasures have also been put forward.
