摘    要:共同分布在相同生态位的植物根围促生细菌(plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria, PGPR)与丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, AMF)是重要的种质资源.本研究旨在调查大田栽培的生姜和马铃薯根区土壤和根系中PGPR和AMF资源分布状况, 为进一步研究其群落结构与功能提供依据.从山东龙口、临沂、青岛、平度和莱芜生姜样地分离获得拮抗生姜青枯菌(Ralstonia solanacearum R1)的PGPR 20株, 其中, 4 个假单胞(Pseudomonus sp.)菌株 s1-10、s3-11、s5-8和s6-4抑制能力最强;获得拮抗马铃薯青枯菌(Ralstonia solanacearum R2) PGPR 25株, 其中,4个芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.)菌株m1-12、m3-4、m4-7和m5-13抑制能力最强.从上述生姜样地分离到AMF 3属11种,其中无梗囊霉属(Acaulospra)2种,管柄囊霉属(Funneliformis)1 种;球囊霉属(Glomus)8种;双网无梗囊霉(Acaulospra bireticulata)、摩西管柄囊霉 (Funneliformis mosseae)和地表球囊霉(Glomus versiforme)为优势种;从马铃薯样地则获得4属10种, 其中,无梗囊霉属2种,管柄囊霉属(Funneliformis)1 种,球囊霉属6种, 巨孢囊霉属(Gigaspora)1种;根内根孢囊霉(Glomus intraradices)、摩西管柄囊霉和变形球囊霉为优势种.该调查结果丰富了我国PGPR和AMF资源,为今后研究奠定了技术基础.

Abstract:Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF), which live together in the same niche, are the important species resources.The purpose of the present investigation was to evaluate distribution status of PGPR and AMF in the rhizosphere of ginger and potato plants grown in field in order to provide a basis for further research on their community structures and functions.Total 20 PGPR strains were isolated from ginger plants grown in Longkou, Linyi, Qingdao, Pingdu and Laiwu of Shandong, China, of which s1-10, s3-11, s5-8 and s6-4 strains of Pseudomonus sp.showed the strongest inhibitory ability to Ralstonia solanacearum R1, a pathogenic bacteria on ginger;while 25 PGPR strains isolated from potato plants, of which m1, m3-4, the m4-12-7 and m5-13 strains of Bacillus sp.with the strongest inhibitory ability.Total 11 species in 3 genera of AMF were identified from the ginger sample site mentioned above, of which, Acaulospra bireticulata, Funneliformis mosseae and Glomus versiforme were the dominant species;and another 10 species in 4 genera were identified from potato rhizosphere, of which F.mosseae, Glomus intraradices and G.versiforme were the dominant species.The results of this survey enrich the species resources of AMF and PGPR in our country, and set a basis for further investigation.
