摘    要:氧化铝模板在二次氧化时以1/的倍数逐步降低,形成一级、二级、三级和四级分叉模板孔洞.用电化学沉积法在此孔洞里生长相对应级别分叉的金属银纳米线.银纳米线的直径呈逐级减小趋势,最粗一端直径为50~60 nm,最细一端直径可以达到5 nm 左右.X射线衍射,透射电镜和扫描电镜结果表明银纳米线具有面心立方结构.这些银纳米线可能存在金属-半导体结,为未来的纳电子器件提供广阔的发展前景.

Abstract:During the second step anodization of aluminum, the anodic voltage was reduced step by step with a factor of 1/.Anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) templates were formed with one step,two steps,three steps and four steps bifurcated pores.The corresponding bifurcated Ag nanowires were obtained by electrodeposition.The diameter of Ag nanowires were decreased gradually.The diameter of the thick end was 50-60 nm and the diameter of the thin end was about 5 nm.These Ag nanowires may have metal-semiconductor junction and will provide broad development for nanoelectronic devices in the future.
