| 摘 要： | 对健康家兔复制腹部病理模型,分别采用B超仪腹部超声探查。声像图显示:腹腔积液为均质的液性暗区,暗区下方回声增强;肝、肾脓肿和子宫蓄脓为稀疏光点的脓性暗区;肾和膀胱结石为反射极强的带状回声,下方伴有清晰的声影;肠套叠表现为圆形或椭圆形靶样结构。提出小动物腹部疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断依据,为兽医临床正确诊断小动物腹部疾病提供参考。

| Abstract: | Abdominal pathological models of the healthy otter rabbits were made,and these models were investigated by B ultrasound scanner.The results are as follows: Ascites showed homogenous liquid dark area,echo increased below the dark area.Hepatic abscess,renal abscess,and empyema of uterus showed sparse spotted purulent dark area.Bladder calculus and renal calculus showed strong reflected belt echo,accompanied with clear ultrasonic imaging below this area.Intestinal invagination showed circular or elliptic targeted configuration.The ultrasonograms provided correct reference for diagnosis of abdominal disease in small animals. |
