| Abstract: | The quality status of frozen fish and shellfish was analyzed and the decaying reason as well as its control factor was studied. In addition ,the suggestions on the processing feature and quality improvedment of frozen seafood were made and discussed. The development prospect of frozen seafood in our country was also forecasted. |
