| 摘 要： | 在两次实验中给体重27～39g的成年雌性或雄性小鼠腹腔注射细菌源性胰岛激活蛋白(IAP)0.4或2μg/鼠.结果表明,注射IAP可使小鼠4周平均体增重比对照组提高44;～82;,胴体重量也有增加的趋势.胴体脂肪组织含量和比例明显增加(p＜0.05),而胴体肌肉组织比例不受影响.注射IAP不影响动物的采食量,但增加脂肪存留,提示IAP可提高营养物质的利用率.

| Abstract: | The adult male or female mice,with body weight 27～39 g,were abdominally injected with 0.4 μg/mouse or 2 μg/mouse bacteria-originated islets-activating protein(IAP)in two experiments.The results showed that the injection of IAP enhanced body-weight gain over a period of 4 weeks by 44%～82%,and tended to increase carcass weight.The weight and proportion of adipose tissue in the carcass were significantly increased(p<0.05)while the proportion of lean tissue to the carcass had no change.The injection of IAP did not affect feed intake,but increased fat retention,indicating that it improved the utilization efficiency of nutrients. |
