Control demand of temperature and humidity in medlar drying kiln is analyzed according to drying technology and the principle of medlar drying kiln. The control strategy is worked out in the paper. The control system of temperature and humidity in medlar drying kiln based on PPC system runs well, and it proves that the control strategy is reasonable.
