国内外不同卷烟中主要多酚含量的变异分析

目的]探索国内外卷烟中主要多酚化合物含量的差异。方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定了国内外112个卷烟样品中多酚含量,并对检测结果进行了统计分析。结果]国内卷烟绿原酸、芸香苷及多酚总量要明显高于国外卷烟。不同类型卷烟中主要多酚化合物含量及其总量差异显著,绿原酸、芸香苷含量及多酚总量的大小顺序是国内烤烟型〉国外烤烟型〉国内混合型和国外混合型卷烟。不同价位国内烤烟型卷烟中主要多酚化合物含量及其总量差异显著,绿原酸、芸香苷含量及多酚总量的大小顺序是一类〉二类〉三类〉四类。结论]不同类型卷烟中主要多酚含量差异显著且存在较大变异。

The Variation Analysis of Main Polyphenols Contens in Different Cigarettes
