刚性轮-月壤相互作用预测模型及试验研究

摘    要:研究在月球表面特殊环境下的月球车牵引通过性能,对保证月球车的正常探测工作具有重要意义。在分析传统地面车辆理论与研究方法的基础上,给出了刚性轮与月壤相互作用的预测模型;使用辉南一带火山灰制备了应用于月面车辆力学基础试验中的模拟月壤;设计制造了月壤一车轮土槽试验系统。最后,在该土槽试验系统下对有轮刺轮与无轮刺轮进行了牵引性能试验,并与模型计算值进行对比。结果表明,所给模型的预测值与实测值有较好的一致性。

Abstract:It is important to research the relationship of the vehicle-terramechanics in lunar surface circumstances for the lunar rover to work according to schedule. Based on the traditional research methods and theory of terramechanics, this paper provides a prediction model for rigid-wheel and lunar soil. The authors simulated the lunar soil for the lunar-terramechanics test, developed the soil bin equipment and designed different wheels for lunar rover, and carried out the tractive test in the soil bin equipment. The results show that the predicted values of model conform with the test rusults.
