| 摘 要： | 根据近20年来国内外有机苹果生产发展的经验和教训，进一步澄清了有机苹果生产的内涵，总结了有机苹果生产的关键技术，分析了有机苹果生产中存在的主要问题，并提出了发展具有我国特色的有机苹果生产应采取的方针和努力方向。

| Abstract: | According to the experiences and lessons concerning organic apple production at home and abroad in the past two decades,the paper clarified the connotation of organic apple production,summarized its key techniques,analyzed its main problems,and proposed the principles and striving direction in developing organic apple production with our own Chinese characteristics. |
