柑桔特殊种质武夷橙遗传背景的研究

摘    要:福建柑桔特殊种质武夷橙,俗称“四不象”.其性状特别,如果实扁圆,囊瓣隐约可辨,果皮紧,不易剥离,实心,叶片无翼叶,其亲缘关系不明.采用传统的外部形态与内部结构的观测、花粉形态、同工酶和核型分析相结合的方法进行研究,结果认为武夷橙不是雪柑与福桔或其它柑桔类的天然杂种,而是雪柑珠心胚的变异株系.对武夷橙遗传背景及其亲缘关系的研究,在柑桔遗传育种上具有重要理论与实践的意义

Abstract:Wuyicheng, one of the special genetic resources of citrus in Fujian Province, was called “Sibuxiang” in Chinese. It had some special characteristics such as oblate fruit with faintly visible segments, difficutly skined rind, solid central cores and wingless petioles. However, the phylogenetic relationship between Wuyicheng and other citrus species was unknown. A comprehensive method, including the observations of traditional external morphology and internal structure, and the analyses of pollen morphology, isozymes and karyotypes was used in this study. The results showed that Wuyicheng was not the hybrid between Xuegan (Citrus sinensis) and Fuju (C. tangerina) or other citrus plants, and considered as an offspring of the nucellar embryo mutation of Xuegan. Therefore a study on the genetic background and the phylogenetic relationship of Wuyicheng would be of great significance both in theory and in practice in the genetic research and breeding of citrus.
