韭菜、大葱、洋葱种子芽期过氧化物酶同工酶的研究

摘    要:本试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,分析了韭菜、大葱、洋葱10个品种的种子芽期过氧化物酶同工酶的酶谱,迁移率及同工酶酶谱光密度。研究结果表明:韭菜、大葱、洋葱之间,种子芽期过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱有明显的差异。韭菜的酶带数为7条,大葱为8条,洋葱为7条,各自酶带的迁移率有很大差异,完全可以从酶带数和酶带迁移率准确鉴别这3种蔬菜作物的种子。

Studies on the Zymogram Patterns of Peroxidase in Seedlings of Chinies Chives, Shallot and Onion

Abstract:The authors analysed the peroxidase isozxyme zymogram patterns of 10 varieties of chingies chives, shallot and onion crops in seedling stage by means of electrophoresis technique. It was found that there are remarkable differences in zymogram of isozyme among these three crops in the seedling stage. The band number of isozymes of chinies chives, shallot and onion was 7,8 and7respectively. The activity and migration rate of isozymes also have abvious differences. The results show that the chinies chives, shallot and onion can be easily distinguished throught the peroxidase isozyrne zymogram in their seedling stage.
