| 摘 要： | 用微生物法对乳酸菌在温度37℃,pH值6.5下培养100h后产VB12的情况进行测定,并对测定方法作了详尽阐述。用分光光度计作定量分析,结果表明所选菌株具有较强的产VB12的能力。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the determination vitamin B12 in lactic acid bacteria fermentation broth by microorganisms. The condition of lactic acid bacteria growth is 37 ℃ pH 6.5 and 100 h. The measurement of vitamin B12 in fermentation broth by spectrophotometer,the result show that high quantity of Vitamin B12. |
