| 摘 要： | 研究表明:随着打顶时期的推迟,烤烟上部叶长宽比降低,栅栏组织、海绵组织和叶片总厚度逐渐下降,有利于物理特性的形成;上部叶烟碱、石油醚提物和灰分含量下降,而总糖、还原糖、钾素、淀粉、多酚含量逐渐升高;打顶早晚对总氮影响不明显。总体上以中心花开放期烟叶理化性状最好,适当再推迟打顶也有较好的表现。 |

| Abstract: | Effect of different topping stages on physical property and chemical compounds in upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco were studied and the results indicated that the earlier topping was done,the higher content of nicotine there was in the leaf.When stages of central flower topping or all-flower topping,there was the excellence effect on physical property and chemical compounds in upper leaf of flue-cured tobacco. |
