| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对福建柏11个种源330个针叶样品进行过氧化物同工酶分析。结果表明:福建柏过氧化物同工酶有20条谱带,呈现出19种酶谱类型,不同产地的酶谱种类和数量均存在不同程度的差异。过氧化物同工酶的差异表明不同产地福建柏分子水平上的遗传多样性,而且酶谱变异最丰富的地区可能是福建柏的起源中心之一。

| Abstract: | Samples of 330 three-year-old TBFokienia hodginsii seedlings of 11 provenances were analyzed by peroxidase isoenzyme method.Altogether 19 isoenzyme patterns were observed,it seemed that the variation in peroxidase isoenzyme reflect and represent the genetic variations of the trees.Polymorphism was found in 3 provenances,Anqi,Dehua,Xianyou,which seemed to be centers of genetic polymerphism of Fokienia hodginsii which might be among the places where Fokienia hodginsii originated. |
